Good stuff, Chip. Spot on for advice to link to others so you become the conduit for information. There's writing out there saying time-on-site is less and less a good measure. Instead, folks come through your site or to your site, find what they want in a pleasant experience, and bookmark that for future reference and return visits. It's not necessarily getting them to see you first in a google search - maybe more like getting them to skip google and come to you first.
